Kuando BOX Unified Presence

The KuandoBOX connects to the desk phone and computer to update user’s status to ‘Busy’ in Skype for Business / Lync when talking on the desk phone, thus unifying their presence.

Easy Set-Up:
Step 1: Download the software
Step 2: Connect KuandoBox to the phone/Headset & PC
Step 3: Desk Phone status is unified with Skype for Business/Lync

•System requirements - Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8; Microsoft Lync 2010/2013 or Skype for Business; .NET 3.5 framework
•Not compatible with Mac
•Works with corded and wireless headsets; does not work with Bluetooth headsets
